Is this trip right for you?
We will visit places that are at high altitude. Some people may suffer from altitude sickness, it can affect anyone regardless of fitness level or age. However our tour leaders will share ways to mitigate symptoms such as staying hydrated and limiting alcohol intake.
There will be early mornings for us to get to our activities on time.
Some of the roads can be windy and bumpy.
The Amazon rainforest can have a lot of insects including mosquitoes, be sure to bring strong insect repellent for this part of the trip.
